Max Verstappen recently talked about his driving style before the Brazilian Grand Prix. He has been in the spotlight after receiving two ten-second penalties in a single lap during a race against Lando Norris.
The three-time world champion faced a wave of criticism for his actions. Upon arriving in Brazil, Verstappen discussed whether he plans to change how he drives.
Verstappen’s Confidence and Recent Challenges
In the last three races, Verstappen qualified at the front but couldn’t beat Ferrari and McLaren during the races. “This has been happening most of the season,” Verstappen explained, finding it tricky to pinpoint why. “It’s not entirely up to us; we’ll try to be as competitive as possible. Every track is different, and here there’s new tarmac, so there are some question marks.”
When asked about his driving style, Verstappen was straightforward: “I’ve heard that before in my career; it’s my 10th year in Formula One. I think I know what I’m doing.”
Fans might wonder if this confidence will translate into better performance on the track.
Sometimes, racing isn’t just about speed; it’s also about strategy and adapting to new conditions. Will Verstappen’s experience help him overcome these challenges? What do you think?
