Sainz’s Major Crash in Q3 Causes Qualifying Delay

Carlos Sainz had a major crash at the start of Q3 in Singapore.

He slid and hit the barrier backwards at the final corner while starting his fast lap.

Crash Details:

Sainz got out of the car without any injuries, but the back of his SF-24 was badly damaged. Max Verstappen‘s lap time was deleted because he crossed the line right after Sainz crashed, although Max argued he slowed down enough at the end. Fans might think this is unfair to Max.
