Red Bull’s Star-Studded Driver Lineup for 2026 F1 Season

The Red Bull Junior Team continues to dominate as a talent pipeline for future F1 stars. This year marks the first season without legendary advisor Helmut Marko at the helm, but the program’s commitment to developing young drivers remains strong.

Every current driver at both Red Bull Racing and Racing Bulls came through the team’s junior ranks – Max Verstappen, Isack Hadjar, Liam Lawson and Arvid Lindblad.

The team has trimmed its roster though. Oliver Goethe and Tim Tramnitz have parted ways with Red Bull, leaving eight promising youngsters representing the junior program across various racing series in 2026.

Formula 2

Nikola Tsolov is Red Bull’s lone representative in Formula 2 following Lindblad’s promotion to F1.

The 19-year-old completed three seasons in Formula 3 before finishing third in the standings last year. He got a taste of F2 action in two rounds last season and immediately made his mark with a podium finish in the Abu Dhabi Sprint Race.

Tsolov will continue racing with Campos Racing this year, hoping to follow in the footsteps of previous Red Bull juniors who made the leap to F1.

Formula 3

The F3 grid features three Red Bull juniors looking to climb the ladder.

Fionn McLaughlin, an 18-year-old Irish talent, enters F3 after winning the F4 British Championship and finishing third in the Formula Winter Series last year. Before starting his F3 campaign with Hitech TGR, he’ll compete in the Formula Regional Oceania Trophy – the same competition Lindblad won before his meteoric rise.

Ernesto Rivera brings Mexican flair to the team. At just 17, he finished fifth in the F4 Spanish Championship and fourth in Eurocup-3 last year. He’ll race for Campos in F3 while also competing in the Formula Regional Oceania Trophy.

The F3 lineup is completed by Mattia Colnaghi, a 17-year-old with back-to-back championships on his resume. After winning the F4 Spanish Championship, he claimed the Eurocup-3 title last year. He’ll be driving for MP Motorsport in his F3 campaign.

Formula Racing

Red Bull’s talent pipeline extends to the junior formulas with four promising racers.

Enzo Tarnvanichkul, a 16-year-old Thai-Spanish driver, finished eighth in last season’s Eurocup-3 championship. He also raced in GB3, where he tasted victory at Brands Hatch.

The team’s diversity is highlighted by Chiara Bättig, the only female in the Red Bull Junior Team. The 15-year-old Swiss racer made the transition from karting to Formula cars last year. In 2026, she’ll compete for Hitech GP in the British F4 Championship.

Rocco Coronel brings racing pedigree as the son of Dutch driver Tom Coronel. After winning the Ginetta Junior Championship title in 2025 and making his Formula 4 debut, he’s expected to continue in the Spanish F4 series this year.

The youngest member of the team is Scott Kin Lindblom. The 15-year-old Swede finished fourth in the Ginetta Junior Championship and will join Bättig at Hitech GP for the British F4 Championship.
