Red Bull’s sim racing team just trolled fans with an “invisible” F1 car
Oracle Red Bull Sim Racing gave fans a good laugh with their latest social media stunt. The team posted a cheeky video on Instagram showing what appeared to be footage from the Bahrain International Circuit in the F1 2025 game – but with one major twist.
The car was completely invisible.
“This Camo is TOO good,” they wrote in the post.
They added in the caption: “We’re proud to be able to reveal the camo livery for 2026 testing.”
The invisible effect wasn’t a glitch – it was created using a special mod for the game, poking fun at the “camouflage” testing liveries that F1 teams often use to hide their car details.
But when will fans actually see the real thing? Not long to wait now.
The actual RB22 livery will be unveiled this Thursday in Detroit. It’s no coincidence they picked Motor City – that’s where their new engine partner Ford is headquartered.
Racing Bulls (formerly AlphaTauri) will also show off their new look at the same event.
Just two weeks after the Detroit reveal, both teams will hit the track in Barcelona for the first winter test of the season.
Several teams are expected to run camouflage liveries during testing. Williams and Cadillac have already shown what their disguised test cars will look like.
