Red Bull Just Misses Winning at Hungarian Grand Prix

Red Bull Racing had a speedy pit stop at Silverstone, but they just missed out on the top spot in Hungary.

Daniel Ricciardo‘s pit crew changed his four tyres in 2.01 seconds, making it the 10th fastest time of the season.

Fastest pit stops in Hungary

Sergio Perez‘s pit stop was the second quickest at the Hungaroring. Alpine had two fast times too, earning them the most points for pit stops that weekend. Red Bull wasn’t far behind with Verstappen’s tyre change also ranking in the top ten, scoring more points for the team.

Points are given out just like regular F1 points. Red Bull is leading big time in the DHL Fastest Pitstop standings, with over 150 points more than Ferrari, who only got two points on Sunday.

Fans might think this shows how good Red Bull is this season.

Isn’t it amazing how fast these teams can change tyres?

What do you think about these lightning-fast pit stops?
