Montoya Stunned by This Astonishing Event

Juan Pablo Montoya is amazed by Lewis Hamilton‘s knack for making the right moves in his racing career. The seven-time champion is set to leave Mercedes and join Ferrari in 2025, a decision reminiscent of his switch from McLaren to Mercedes back in 2012.

Hamilton began his F1 journey with McLaren in 2007, narrowly missing the championship by one point. But he clinched the title the following year and enjoyed success with McLaren until he announced his move to Mercedes in 2012.

At first, people questioned his choice to leave a top team like McLaren for a struggling Mercedes. Yet, it turned out to be one of the smartest decisions ever made in F1, as Hamilton went on to win six more titles and cemented his legacy as one of the sport’s greatest drivers. Now, after some challenging seasons at Mercedes, he’s gearing up to join Ferrari.

Ferrari has had its struggles against Red Bull and McLaren, leading some to doubt Hamilton’s move once again. However, since their autumn break, Ferrari has shown promise with consecutive victories, hinting at potential dominance in 2025. Fans might think Hamilton’s timing is impeccable once more.

Montoya sees Hamilton challenging for yet another title

In a chat with InstantCasino.com, Montoya expressed his awe at Hamilton’s ability to always find himself in winning cars: “Every time Lewis [Hamilton] jumps ship, he does so to a winning car. It is remarkable. It is great for him and hats off to him.”

With the British driver now heading to Ferrari next season, Montoya believes this could place Hamilton back into title contention: “Ferrari are making such improvements and low and behold here comes Lewis. It is unbelievable.”

Montoya marvels at how Hamilton always seems to land on his feet: “I don’t know how he does it but he always lands in a better place.” He thinks having Hamilton drive for Ferrari could lead to race wins and possibly another championship.
