Max Verstappen Drinks Beer During Press Conference After Early F1 Title Win

Max Verstappen didn’t waste any time celebrating his fourth world title in Las Vegas, cracking open a beer right after crossing the finish line.

The champagne wasn’t even dry on the podium when the thirsty Dutch champion grabbed his first cold one. TV cameras caught him taking that victory sip while chatting with reporters.

“Well, I ran out of beer, so…” Verstappen said with a grin, walking into the press conference with another brew in hand.

Vegas proved to be the perfect backdrop for his championship celebration. Where else would you want to win a title than in the city that wrote the book on parties?

The Red Bull Racing star made it clear he was ready to let loose. After all, his driving duties were done for the day.

“I don’t know, maybe another one and then maybe I’ll switch to something else,” he said. “I don’t need to drive anymore.”

He couldn’t help but poke fun at his own Heineken sponsorship: “The slogan ‘don’t drink and drive’ works very well. I don’t need to do that anymore.”

The timing couldn’t have been better. Sin City’s bright lights and endless entertainment options were waiting just outside the track for the newly crowned champ.
