George Russell Doubts He Can Pull Off Teammate Hamilton’s Outfits

George Russell faced a funny dilemma at the British Grand Prix: would he prefer Toto Wolff narrating his life or wearing Lewis Hamilton‘s clothes forever?

Speaking to Channel 4, Russell chose Toto’s narration because he doesn’t think he can pull off Lewis’s style.

Russell Answers a Funny Question:

At the Austrian GP, Steve Jones from Channel 4 asked Russell, “Would you rather have an earpiece where Toto Wolff narrates everything in your life or wear Lewis Hamilton’s wardrobe for the rest of your life?”

Russell laughed and said he’d choose Toto. “Lewis looks great, but I don’t think I’d be able to rock it!” he admitted.

Russell’s Journey Despite Home GP Setback

Russell had to retire from his home race at Silverstone after starting from pole position. But he’s been doing well lately despite that setback. He won his second career Grand Prix in Austria after Max Verstappen and Lando Norris collided at turn three. Just two races before that, he finished on the podium in Canada after starting from pole.

Fans might think it’s interesting how he’s just seven points behind Sergio Perez in the driver’s championship with 111 points. Perez has only managed 11 points in the last five races.

Next weekend, Russell hopes to get back to winning at Hungaroring, where he finished sixth last year. With Mercedes’ updated W15 car, he’s aiming to fight at the front again this season.
